Thank you for your continued patronage of " LACER SUITES KAMAKURA, " operated by CREAL HOTELS, Inc.

We have recently confirmed that unauthorized access by a third party occurred to "TEMAIRAZU" (Temairazu Co., Ltd.), the reservation management system that connects the hotel with various accommodation booking sites, which is used by our company to operate " LACER SUITES KAMAKURA." As a result, it has come to our attention that some information entrusted to us by customers who have made reservations at "LACER SUITES KAMAKURA" may have been leaked to an external party. We sincerely apologize for this incident and would like to issue a warning to our customers.

Please note that this matter will not affect our other hotels.

We sincerely apologize to all customers who made reservations for "LACER SUITES KAMAKURA," as well as to all those involved, for the great concern and anxiety we have caused.

We would like to inform you of the current details regarding this matter and our requests to our customers as follows.

■1. Details of the incident and potentially leaked information

(1) Information that may have been leaked to external parties (as of now)
• Target facility: LACER SUITES KAMAKURA
• Applicable reservations: Reservations made by September 21, 2026, with a stay date of September 21, 2026 or later. • Applicable items:
- Guest Name - Phone Number - Email Address - Reservation Number - Check-in Date & Check-out Date - Name of Reserved Facility (LACER SUITES KAMAKURA)
※No credit card information was leaked as a result of this unauthorized access.

(2) Suspicious message distribution by third parties We have confirmed that some customers have been sent suspicious messages impersonating "LACER SUITES KAMAKURA" via messaging apps such as WhatsApp and WeChat, email, SMS, etc. Some of these messages have been reported to lead users to suspicious websites (URLs) that pretend to confirm reservations or make urgent payments and request the re-entry of credit card information.

(3) Current System Status The system operator, Temairazu Co., Ltd., has identified the source of the problem and completed intrusion prevention measures, and the system is now operating normally. Your reservation remains valid and will not affect check-in/check-out procedures or accommodation services. We will not cancel your reservation, so you can use our services as usual.

■2. Regarding "Individual Notification Emails" from Our Company

We are sending individual emails containing apologies and information to the affected customers in due course.
Regarding the sender: This email is sent by the operating company, "CREAL HOTELS, Inc." in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act.
Regarding safety: The notification emails we send are legitimate and not suspicious.

■3. A request to our customers (to prevent phishing attacks)

For your safety, please pay close attention to the following points.

1. Neither our company nor LACER SUITES KAMAKURA will ever ask you to enter your credit card information through external apps or other means.
Neither our company, nor "LACER SUITES KAMAKURA," nor any of the reservation websites will ever ask you to provide or re-enter your credit card number via WhatsApp, WeChat, SMS, telephone, or any other means.

2. We will not send you any urgent payment or remittance requests outside of the booking process. We will not prompt you to make a sudden bank transfer or direct you to another payment site other than the payment method you selected when booking, such as advance payment or on-site payment.

3. What to do if you receive a suspicious message: Do not open any URLs or links included in the message.
Please do not enter your credit card information or personal information.
Do not reply to messages or make payments based on instructions.

■4. What to do if you accidentally respond to a suspicious message

In the unlikely event that you have opened a suspicious link or provided information, please take the following actions immediately to prevent further damage.
- Change the passwords for reservation websites and other related services.
- Contact your credit card company immediately to request suspension of use or discuss the matter with them.
If you have already made a transfer or other payment, contact your financial institution and the police immediately.
