Same hotel, stay date, room type, number of guests
The same accommodation plan (including whether meals are included, cancellation policy, etc.)
Publicly available rates on other websites (excluding corporate contracts and limited memberships)
Application within 24 hours of booking
The price to be compared is stated as including tax.
The name, reservation number, reservation date, and check-in date you entered in the inquiry form match the reservation information.

Please note that the following cases are not covered by the Best Rate Guarantee.

Limited campaign prices on overseas booking sites based on your country of residence, season, or specific period
The discounted price is calculated by applying points and coupons provided by each reservation site.
Prices where the hotel has no control over the sales price, such as package deals that include use of facilities other than accommodation, transportation, meals, etc.
If you did not actually stay
